What this covers
EverAds is run by Sentient Mind Ltd. We respect the rights of creators and expect our users to do the same. This page explains how to tell us about material on EverAds that you believe infringes your copyright, and what happens next.
It applies to anything our users upload, create or save and that we store for them, including:
- offers and the product images uploaded with them;
- brand kits, logos, reference images and other files in a user's asset library;
- templates, including the example images attached to them;
- ad creatives, mockups and videos generated on EverAds, and the footage, images and audio uploaded to make them;
- winning ads and other material users upload for reference;
- creatives and images uploaded for publishing to Meta through EverAds;
- coach pages, including their cover images and text, and content coaches share with their clients;
- ads saved from Ad Inspiration (more on this below).
Ads in Ad Inspiration
Ad Inspiration lets our users look up ads that are publicly listed in Meta's Ad Library and save individual ads to a private collection for reference. EverAds does not claim ownership of those ads. They belong to the advertisers who published them.
If you are the advertiser or rights holder and want an ad, or every ad from your Facebook Page, removed from EverAds, you can send a notice as described below. For these ads, include the Meta Ad Library link or id of each ad, or the Page whose ads should all be removed. When we act on the request we:
- remove the ad, or every ad from the Page, from search results on EverAds;
- delete every saved copy held in our users' collections, including the stored images and video;
- block it from being shown or saved again; and
- reply to confirm once this is done.
Our designated agent
We have registered a designated agent with the US Copyright Office to receive notices of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Send notices to:

United Kingdom
Phone: +44 7811 233876

You can send your notice by email or by post. Email is fastest: please use the subject “DMCA notice”.
The service provider named in our registration is Sentient Mind Ltd (also known as EverAds), 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom. Registration number DMCA-1083248, effective 17 October 2026.
This address is only for copyright notices and counter-notices. For anything else, please use our contact page.
What your notice must include
For us to act, your notice needs all of the following:
- Your signature. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or of someone authorised to act for them. Typing your full name at the end of an email is fine.
- The work. A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed. If your notice covers several works, a list of them.
- The material and where it is. A description of the material you want removed and enough detail for us to find it, ideally the exact URL of each item on EverAds (or, for Ad Inspiration, the Ad Library link or id).
- How to reach you. Your name, postal address, phone number and email address.
- Good faith. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- Accuracy and authority. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act for them.
If a notice is missing something, we may ask you to fill the gap before we act. Please only send a notice if you are sure: knowingly misrepresenting that material infringes can make you liable for damages, including our costs and those of the affected user.
What we do with a notice
- We remove the material, or disable access to it, promptly once we have a complete notice.
- We tell the user whose content was removed, and give them a copy of the notice so they can respond.
- We reply to you to confirm what we have done.
If your content was removed
If something you uploaded, created or saved was removed (including an ad saved from Ad Inspiration) and you believe this was a mistake or the material was misidentified, you can send a counter-notice to our designated agent at the address above, by email or post. Please use the subject “DMCA counter-notice”. It needs:
- Your signature. A physical or electronic signature.
- What was removed. A description of the material and where it appeared on EverAds before it was removed (the URL, or the ad's link if it was a saved ad).
- Your statement. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed or disabled by mistake or because it was misidentified.
- Your details and consent. Your name, postal address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the US federal district court for the district where your address is (or, if your address is outside the US, any judicial district in which Sentient Mind Ltd may be found), and that you will accept service of legal papers from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.
When we receive a complete counter-notice, we pass a copy to the person who sent the original notice. If they do not tell us within 10 business days that they have started a court case to stop the activity, we will restore the material (or access to it) within 10 to 14 business days of receiving your counter-notice.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly use EverAds to infringe others' rights are closed. We decide what counts as repeated infringement case by case, and we may also remove content or close accounts where infringement is clear without a formal notice.
Rights holders outside the US
You do not need to be based in the US to use this process. Rights holders in the United Kingdom and elsewhere can send a notice to the same agent, in the same way, and we will handle it on the same terms. Sending a notice through this process does not affect any other rights you have under the laws of your own country.
